Yang Daping, Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. He is Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. In 2006, he was awarded the title of Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China and the title of Outstanding Expert by the Provincial Government, and he receives special allowances from the State Council. Professor Yang has long been committed to research and clinical work in tissue transplantation in plastic surgery. His major achievements include: basic and clinical application research in tissue transplantation, including island flaps with cross-regional blood supply, functional muscle transplantation for the repair of late-stage facial paralysis, and anatomical research and application of perforator flaps; and new clinical techniques in plastic and aesthetic surgery, including temporal incision SMAS suspension for midface rhytidectomy and dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty via a periareolar incision using anatomically shaped implants.

 

A full range of facial rejuvenation procedures (high SMAS suspension technique, short-flap technique, lateral suspension technique, and individualized composite suspension technique), periocular rejuvenation surgery, breast plastic and reconstructive surgery, and various aesthetic surgical procedures, traumatic skin suturing, flap transplantation, and repair of late-stage facial paralysis.
